Let's face it, life for young adolescent girls is especially challenging these days. Sometimes, you just need a little extra support outside of traditional circles. It's not formal counseling, its just a safe space to be.

Through guided self-reflection & adoption of positive self-talk we aim to encourage a healthy self-image to increase confidence and boost self-esteem. The goal is to practice radical self-acceptance for ourselves.

Gifting a Guitar
Our program begins with the simple yet powerful act of gifting a guitar. We provide each participant, aged 12-18 with their own instrument. This initial step not only sparks a love for music, but also serves as a symbolic key unlocking doors to creativity, self-expression, and a profound sense of empowerment. Through the gift of a guitar, we lay the foundation for a musical journey that extends far beyond the fretboard.
